About Jovannotti

Jovannotti is built for students and families in Uganda and the diaspora who are planning to study abroad, and for the schools that prepare them. It is one platform with two faces that share accounts and data.

Jovannotti is the family side: a search over universities, programmes and scholarships, a shortlist, and guidance through the application. Entry-exam preparation for SAT, IMAT and CEnT, and MindSphere, mentorship from professionals who have made the journey, follow later.

OCAkademia is the school side: student records, guardians, classes and staff, a public admission form and a review queue, with each school's own colour and crest. Parent portal, learning management, teacher tools and exams are planned.

The first market is Uganda, with Kenya to follow. The platform is designed from the start for several countries and currencies, and for the slow connections and small phones most families use.

Programme and scholarship entries are being added by the Jovannotti team; entries marked "Sample data" are invented placeholders and describe no real institution.
